Happy Halloween! Reading: "Not More Lovely Than Full of Glee" is Leanna's Sequel to Edgar Allan Poe's "The Oval Portrait"!

"Not More Lovely Than Full of Glee" is Leanna Renee Hieber's sequel to Edgar Allan Poe's "The Oval Portrait" in which an artist paints his young bride- literally- to death... Here's her revenge...

As read by the author! Eerie, beautiful music underscored by the amazing band Valentine Wolfe! You can find this story in the anthology A WINTER'S TALE: HORROR STORIES FOR THE YULETIDE via Pavane Press! If you like this story you'll love Leanna's novels, available wherever books are sold!

Happy Haunting!

So many exciting releases coming up this fall and next year! I'll be re-releasing the Strangely Beautiful saga this summer and fall, my next new release is my short story "At Will" which headlines the beautiful anthology WILLFUL IMPROPRIETY: 13 Tales of Society, Scandal and Romance (Sept. 4th, Running Press in the US and Constable & Robinson in the UK), then of course the sequel to my Daphne du Maurier Award nominated DARKER STILL: A Novel of Magic Most Foul arrives this November: THE TWISTED TRAGEDY OF MISS NATALIE STEWART (Sourcebooks). In addition to looking forward to this exciting anthology with so many names I adore and admire, I expect to have another announcement to share very soon concerning even more things to look forward to in 2013, so stay tuned. :)

Cheers and happy haunting!!!

And there was much rejoicing. *huzzah!*

Seriously, I can't wait for you all to see this, and for you to meet Mr. Mosley of "Charged", who is, I confess, dangerously preoccupied far more with electricity than gaslight. I'm in some darn thrilling company here. Obviously, I'll share more news as it comes, but if you want to put it on your Goodreads To-Read list, someone graciously already put it up there.

Cheers!
